Web Content Writer/Editor
Donna Reynolds is a seasoned copy writer/editor who specializes in creating informational Web content. She has sold hundreds of articles through numerous Web content sites, including How to Do Things, WiseGeek, Associated Content, GooGo Bits, Constant Content, and Happy Living magazine! A lot of her work is uncredited, and includes Web site introductions, press releases, course descriptions, user manuals, jewelry and other product descriptions, and travel guides. Donna is also the creator of the Idol Thoughts blog on www.syracuse.com. She is currently doing contract work for the site, updating the home page in the evening, and writing entertainment and sports blog entries to be linked to the home page.

Donna has written a series of books on American Idol. The books, which are available for purchase on Lulu.com, are a compilation of her columns covering seasons three, four, and five. She is currently working on a fourth Idol-related book, which is expected to be published in August 2008.

Donna has been a working technical writer since 2000. Her duties have included the following: -
Creating new user, installation, operation, service, and technical manuals -
Editing existing documentation and updating information on internal and external Web sites -
Reviewing engineering change notices to determine impact on documentation -
Writing and/or editing replacement parts procedures, process documentation, technical advisories, and other internal documentation - Creating and tagging illustrations to be used on an interactive replacement parts CD
Web Content Management Donna maintained both the internal and external Web sites for a local software development company, and was responsible for updating these sites and generating stories of interest to the company.
